Auto memory is switched off; the rules from it that still hold now live in AGENTS.md, the skills and settings.

• claude/settings.json: autoMemoryEnabled: false, and attribution.commit: "" so commits carry no Co-Authored-By trailer.
• agents/AGENTS.md: checks run in CI (formatters stay local), prior art first, amend over fix-up, worktrees for parallel agents, reuse open PRs, gh pr merge and outward posts only on an explicit ask, Secrets Manager via asm-exec, and a new Tools section (pasteable one-liners, Kagi first, nerdctl, 1Password HTTPS fallback, SHA-pinned Actions).
• Skills: pr-post (bot-finding reactions, verbatim dictated bodies, re-pull threads before posting, findings that don't post), pr-body (blocked → draft), pr-recheck (formatter only, oddin-pr-review verification markers), gh-stack (retarget bases before a reorder), comment-audit (comment at the producer, HCL ID lists).
• claude/RTK.md: rtk filters can misreport diff/rg output; use cmp, rtk proxy or git grep for exact results.
• claude/ccstatusline.json: a space after the ↻ reset-timer icons.

The repo-specific rules went to the repos themselves, and the review skills to oddin-gg/claude-marketplace#22.
