  • aoe/: Agent of Empires config, a Gruvbox light theme, and an on_create hook (aoe/hydrate.sh) that reuses the per-repo worktree setup (superconductor/link-local-files.py for terraform-infrastructure, mise setup for terraform-aws-workloads); setup.sh links them into ~/.agent-of-empires/.
  • AoE matches the Superconductor behaviour: the local branch is deleted on worktree cleanup (delete_branch_on_cleanup = true), and session rows drop the branch tag (row_tag = "none"). The theme's dimmed, idle and border colours are darkened to readable contrast.
  • aoe/tmux.conf, linked to ~/.tmux.conf: truecolor for WezTerm's xterm-256color, and extended keys so Shift+Enter reaches the agents as a newline.
  • claude/settings.json: AoE agent status hooks, which exit immediately unless AOE_INSTANCE_ID is set; default permission mode auto.
  • config.fish: CLAUDE_CODE_SHELL points at bash, so Claude Code's Bash tool stops falling back to zsh and its non-splitting unquoted variables; agents/AGENTS.md drops the zsh caveats.
  • .wezterm.lua: macOS font size 18 → 17, tab bar 14 → 13; Cmd/Ctrl-click opens links even while tmux has mouse reporting on.

How to verify

  • ./setup.sh, then ls -l ~/.tmux.conf ~/.agent-of-empires/config.toml shows both links.
  • In a new AoE session, echo $BASH_VERSION from Claude's Bash tool prints a version.
  • Shift+Enter inserting a newline inside tmux on WezTerm is unconfirmed; extended-keys always is the fallback if it still submits.
