Adds a Lutris installer script for Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed (EU "Porsche 2000" rerelease) in the same per-game layout as the existing NFSU2 installer, adapted from legluondunet's community installer (https://github.com/legluondunet/MyLittleLutrisScripts). The flow: prompt for the disc .bin, convert the raw 2352-byte-sector image to ISO on the fly (Lutris extracts ISOs through 7z, which cannot read raw CD images), install through the disc autorun with default options, verify the default install location, copy the movies the installer skips, apply the NFS5-Combined-Patch (includes the official v3.5 content and a patched nfs5.exe), language picker, renderer config, d7vk v2.3 with a ddraw override, SilentPatch with a dinput override, and a 60 FPS cap via dxvk.conf. Gamescope 2560x1440 fit matches the NFSU2 setup.
The renderer defaults to the Combined Patch's OpenGL 3 driver (opengl3) instead of the upstream script's dx7, which showed menu flickering in testing; d7vk and the ddraw override stay installed as the DX7 fallback path. SilentPatch complements Verok's patch (DirectInput enumeration, Alt+Tab handling, OpenGL renderer memory leak) and picks up SingleProcAffinity from the existing nfs5.ini.
The README gains a section documenting the layout, sources, and baked-in decisions, including the one manual post-install step: fresh profiles default in-race Car Detail to low on fast CPUs, which renders wireframe cars in races regardless of renderer; set it to High in Options → Graphics.
